The core issue of the present times, population, food, water, environment and power are all closely related to Chemistry. Chemistry has been rightly recognized as a core subject and Misrimal Navajee Munoth Jain Engineering College has a strong band of dedicated chemists who cater to the needs of all branches of Engineering and Technology.

The chemistry as a basic science is offered in the first year, Engineering chemistry–I and II for all Engineering and Technology disciplines. The faculty also handles Environmental Science and Engineering for III Semester CSE, IT, EEE, CIVIL and Vth Semester ECE and MECH.
